• Ensure that you have the necessary rights and permissions for any content or materials provided to us.

Our payment terms will be specified in our agreement. You agree to make payments as outlined, and we reserve the right to suspend services in case of non-payment.

The duration of our engagement will be defined in our agreement. Either party may terminate the agreement in writing with prior notice. If the agreement is terminated, any outstanding payments will be due immediately.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement.

All intellectual property created during our services will be owned by Mouvasia Digital unless otherwise specified in our agreement.

While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee specific results. The success of digital marketing can vary based on many factors, including market conditions.

We will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.

We reserve the right to update these terms as needed. Any significant changes will be communicated to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
